Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients’ financial goals and needs.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to obtain necessary state Life & Health Insurance licenses (training and assistance provided).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High level of integrity and a client-focused mindset.
- Must pass a background check (no felony convictions).
